Bolashak Presidential Programme
In 2014, DACS and the Bolashak Programme trained 100 Kazakh educators in advanced pedagogy and project management, linking them to Dutch institutions and a global innovation network.


Ukraine
From 2015 to 2019, DACS supported Ukraine's decentralisation by building local governance capacity, empowering civil society, and advancing multi-level development aligned with EU cohesion policy.


European Union
From 2010 to 2025, DACS strengthened public service reform in the Netherlands, Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia by training government staff, building institutional capacity, and fostering sustainable learning aligned with EU and international standards.
