Leiden University Faculty of Science introduced a new co-decision-based governance model, fostering an open and safe culture where incumbents learn to share responsibilities and engage in constructive dialogues. Participants include deans responsible for education and research and operational directors.

Indonesia

Project managers at Bappenas are pivotal in driving Indonesia’s sustainable development by executing 45 major strategic projects. These projects address critical national priorities, including climate change, natural disaster management, food and agricultural security, infrastructure development (high-speed rail), energy transition, and urbanisation (the new capital, Nusantara).

Following The Principles of Public Administration of the OECD the Government of Georgia is shifting its public administration towards evidence-based policymaking. The DACS team conducted an explorative study on readiness and possibilities for introducing data-driven policies as part of the digital transformation of Georgia’s public sector.

Ukraine Association4U

Ukraine

Prior to its candidate status in 2022, the EU Supported implementation of the AA/DCFTA. The Association 4U project was one of the projects supporting the government's reform agenda. DACS experts prepared and delivered training and provided advice on a wide range of topics, varying from evidence-based public policy-making and regulatory impact assessment to capacity building and institutional development of the civil service (centre of government, line ministries, GOEEI, A4U fellows, and professors of the National Academy of Public Administration).

A reliable public administration with a well-trained and accountable civil service is one of the assets of any modern government; the EU public administration reform project supported the Georgian government’s readiness to develop and deliver policies in line with EU standards.

Learning2gether2

Ukraine

The "Learning2gether2" programme of the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs supports the establishment of a high-quality Academic Stream of the NUS Upper Secondary Education for grades 10-12. The programme will provide teachers and principals with the skills and knowledge to design and implement relevant, academically high-quality, competency-based education according to the New Ukrainian School (NUS) principles.
